John Deutsch who sits on the NFPA 13 committee with Randy Nelson, CEO of VFS Fire & Security Services, has joined the VFS team. John draws on over 28 years of experience in fire sprinkler design for industrial, commercial, mixed-used occupancies, public works and special hazards industries.
John’s past experience includes performing plan check and inspection as a consultant for the City of Brea Fire Department, a position he held for several years. His proficiency in design, plan review, NFPA 13 committee experience, and wealth of knowledge in hazardous materials and high piled permit codes, complements VFS’s existing design department. John’s leadership will ensure that VFS clients will continue to receive comprehensive quality plans and support service to the highest standards in the fire and life safety industry. This addition to the VFS design team will provide industry-leading advice to clients and help address their future needs.
